01 — What I receive from you
Only what you send me.
When you fill out the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and message—for example, where you are with your positioning or what's getting in the way of your brand voice. When you read the journal, I don't ask you to create an account or track your activity.
02 — Why I keep it
So I can respond thoughtfully.
I use your message only to understand the context and respond. I don't sell your data, share it with others, or use it for advertising. If we start working together, I keep working notes only for as long as we need them.
03 — Cookies and light-touch analytics
No invasive tracking.
The site may remember a simple technical preference, such as dismissing a message. I don't use intrusive banners or profiling. If you open a link to another platform, its rules apply there.
04 — How long and where I keep it
For a short time, and with care.
I keep emails for as long as makes sense for our conversation, then delete them on request. I'm the only one with access, and our conversations about your creative direction stay confidential.
05 — Your rights
You decide.
You can ask at any time to see what I have from you, correct it, delete it, or stop me from keeping it. Just write to me and I'll give you a clear answer, without a complicated form. If something isn't right, you can also contact the data protection authority.
