01What you'll find on the site
The writing, examples, and journal notes are works in progress exploring positioning, messaging, and creative direction. You’re welcome to read, save, and share them with attribution. You may not copy them in full or present them as your own.
02Sessions and collaborations
A session begins once we’ve agreed on the topic, length, and what you’ll receive at the end—for example, a positioning map, a clearly articulated promise, or moodboard guidelines. You’ll receive written confirmation before we meet, so you know exactly what to expect.
03Payment and rescheduling
Payment is due in advance, using the method agreed by email. If something comes up, you can reschedule once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel later than that, we’ll retain the fee for the time reserved.
04Materials and confidentiality
Anything you send me—workbooks, figures, sketches—remains yours and stays between us. You can use my working notes for your brand, but you may not resell them as a method or course. For details about data, see the Privacy page.
05Honest limitations
I offer clarity and direction, not guarantees of sales or visibility. Final decisions about names, pricing, or launches are yours to make. The site may be briefly unavailable for maintenance without prior notice.
06Contact and changes
If anything is unclear, write to me via the Contact page and we’ll work it out together. When I update these terms, the date at the top will change, and the new version will take effect upon publication.
